Customer brief was to completely recondition and rebuilt the 190cc Vespa which had some engine casing damage from the re-drilling of and exhaust bolt. This required the engine casing to be machined back to allow new material to be welded in and the inlet port further machined to accept a V force 4 Reed RD350 type. The casing was then cleaned and sand blasted before being powder coated silver for reassembly.
